REMY LEO LAB

Build the idea before you over-explain it.

The Lab is where active products, prototypes, experiments, and earlier directions live. It is also the working portfolio behind Remy Leo Studio: proof of the systems, products, interfaces, and ideas that have already been built.

WHAT IS REAL NOW

One ecosystem. Different jobs.

Each project can stand on its own, but ARC supplies the shared artifact, provenance, and preservation layer. The Lab is not presenting ten competing startups.

CORE PLATFORM

PRESERVE

ARC

A platform for creating archives — durable homes for projects, events, media, documents, and the things people value enough to preserve.

Demonstrates: Product strategy, creator tooling, publishing, media, storage, authentication, and full-stack product development.

Open project →

INTERNAL PROTOTYPE

OPERATE

Client Ops CRM

A browser-local business-operations prototype for non-sensitive client records, appointments, invoices, reporting, and dashboards.

Demonstrates: CRUD systems, workflow design, dashboards, reporting, data visualization, and responsive application UI.

Open project →

CONNECTED EXPERIENCE

PARTICIPATE

Shyndig

The music experience connected to ARC: discover releases, enter creator-controlled records, offer witness entries, and open shareable listening rooms.

Demonstrates: Social-product UX, profiles, discovery, content creation, messaging, mock data systems, and interaction design.

Open project →

ARC MODULE PROTOTYPE

UNDERSTAND

Signal Desk

A source-grounded knowledge workspace that turns prepared project documents into answers, decisions, risks, and traceable evidence.

Demonstrates: Applied AI UX, document intelligence, source citations, decision support, and responsible system boundaries.

Open project →

CONNECTED EARLY BETA

PLAN

Launch Room

A creator campaign command center for coordinating tasks, owners, budgets, assets, and release dates, with live ARC release selection and one-click Shyndig room creation.

Demonstrates: Campaign operations, local persistence, live API integration, cross-product workflow design, progress systems, and honest export boundaries.

Open project →

ARC TRUST PROTOTYPE

VERIFY

Proofline

A provenance inspection experience that separates verified credentials from unknown origin without making unsupported authenticity claims.

Demonstrates: Responsible AI, provenance UX, C2PA-oriented product thinking, hashing concepts, and trust communication.

Open project →

ACTIVE UTILITY

CONNECT

RemyCode

A privacy-first generator for scannable, ARC-compatible codes that connect physical artifacts and moments to durable digital destinations.

Demonstrates: QR generation, destination validation, downloadable assets, mobile utility design, and honest product boundaries.

Open project →

PUBLIC VALIDATION

TEACH

Archive Quest

A five-minute evidence game where players inspect artifacts, confront contradictions, and assemble the most defensible account of an incomplete event.

Demonstrates: Game systems, evidence literacy, provenance concepts, narrative UX, scoring, and ARC's context-first archive model.

Open project →

ACTIVE STORY EXPERIENCE

EXPERIENCE

Guardian I

A mobile-first cinematic Remyverse reader that turns story chapters, artifacts, and Codex moments into a focused interactive experience.

Demonstrates: Narrative interaction, mobile reading, transmedia structure, artifact reveals, and cinematic interface design.

Open project →

ACTIVE CREATIVE SYSTEM

CREATE

Remyverse Story System

The evolving structure behind Guardian, Elementals, and connected stories — including public canon, internal canon, visual language, and artifact connections.

Demonstrates: Worldbuilding, narrative systems, transmedia strategy, information architecture, and creative technology experimentation.

THE WORKING SYSTEM

From idea to evidence.

Launch Room plans the release. ARC publishes and preserves it. Proofline examines provenance. Shyndig opens participation. RemyCode connects physical artifacts. Guardian I turns those connections into story, while Archive Quest teaches why evidence matters.

LEGACY FUTURES

Early ideas.
Current consequences.

These are not active startups dressed up for a portfolio. They are preserved concepts with explicit boundaries: selectively absorb what proved useful, keep private utilities private, and park work that needs partners or field validation.

2015ARCHIVED · SELECTIVELY ABSORBED

Merge

ORIGINAL SIGNAL

One login, inbox, and intelligent feed across social platforms, with personal content separated from advertising.

WHAT IT COULD BE NOW

A user-controlled social intelligence layer: open-protocol feeds, newsletters, authorized accounts, relationship memory, AI briefings, and a private archive of your own digital life.

THE DECISION

Keep it as a finite private briefing experiment. Only its proven capture and preservation ideas should graduate into ARC.

Demonstrates: Platform strategy, personalization, information architecture, attention design, and early recognition of fragmented digital identity.

2015PRIVATE UTILITY · NO 2026 BUILD

Kargoh

ORIGINAL SIGNAL

Campus grocery delivery powered by students already going to the store, combined with mapped aisles, optimized lists, timing, and stock updates.

WHAT IT COULD BE NOW

A private driver work-and-conditions log for recording jobs, pay, mileage, duration, safety, clarity, and platform treatment.

THE DECISION

Keep it private and useful. Do not turn it into a marketplace, public blacklist, or active 2026 company.

Demonstrates: Marketplace design, route optimization, community logistics, incentive systems, mobile commerce, and location-aware product thinking.

2015PARKED · PARTNERSHIP-LED FUTURE

Skydweller

ORIGINAL SIGNAL

A mapped network of drones extending internet access into small areas without reliable signal, managed from a primary mobile device.

WHAT IT COULD BE NOW

Deployable connectivity combining satellite backhaul, portable private 5G or Wi-Fi mesh, tethered aerial radio nodes, edge services, and network-orchestration software.

THE DECISION

Park it until established connectivity, aviation, hardware, and public-safety partners can provide field validation.

Demonstrates: Infrastructure design, deployment workflows, network visualization, hardware-software systems thinking, and localized connectivity strategy.

THE THROUGHLINE

Merge connected fragmented attention. Kargoh connected unused routes with unmet needs. Skydweller connected places without signal. ARC connects what people refuse to lose.

LAB RULE

Status is part of the truth.

Active, prototype, parked, archived, and retired are different states. Labeling them clearly lets experimentation become evidence without pretending every experiment is a supported company.
